Alfred Soto: See, this is more like it: 1:40 of amiable bubblelicious boasting, done by a voice with a bit of Goodie Mob and a lot of room for more personality.

Iain Mew: It’s very impressive how “Motion Party” manages to sound like a rangy freestyle and simultaneously like a non-stop chorus, all without going on too long. Much of that is thanks to only being a minute and a half long, but it isn’t just a matter of one weird trick. Without Bossman Dlow perfectly mixing bounce and bite, it wouldn’t even work at “Steve’s Lava Chicken” length.

Al Varela: Fun summer jam! I like the sample, the momentum is quick-footed and fun, and it takes advantage of BossMan Dlow’s unconventional, sporadic flow. Bit too short though. Not that I think it needs more, really, but it comes and goes a little too quick. Still, put this on at the pool party and it’s a vibe.

Nortey Dowuona: It was aight. DB! did this and this was aight. Gitt Fai did this and this was aight. This was done by Dub the Prodigy and this was aight. This album was done by K6WYA and it was aight. This is the most aight song of aight songs ever in the whole universe.

Jacob Sujin Kuppermann: An incredibly successful rap aperitif; in less than 90 seconds it charmed me into listening to this guy’s whole album, which is fun but unfortunately contains a number of songs that exceed three minutes in length. Not what I came here for!
